The match which was dubbed the “Star-Match-Of-The-Week” attracted large turn-out of fans who defy the heavy down pour to be part of the match that lived up to its billing with Islanders drawing the first blood.

The lose means Comets is now 10-4 but still retain its third spot on the league table with 24 points while Islanders is 6th with 23 points as police Bombers move two steps up to 4th place with 24 points, Kennys' Bullets drop to 5th with 23 points while Union Bank and Dodan Warriors retain the first and second placement with 28 and 27 points respectively.
Other results of matches decided on Sunday Police Bombers defeated Warriors Kadets 51-35 points while Chariot manage a 43-41 points victory over Warriors Academy.
