    NBA – Raptors, Rockets & Wizards win for first time in play-offs (+ video)

    TORONTO (NBA) - The Toronto Raptors, Houston Rockets and Washington Wizards all prevailed on Thursday and now trail in their respective first-round play-off series 2-1. The Raptors, Canada’s lone NBA team, won at home 108-94 over the Magic with TJ Ford pouring in 21 points. The star of the show was Spain’s Jose Calderon, though. He finished with 18 points, seven rebounds and 13 assists.

    Tracy McGrady erupted for 47 points as Houston won 94-92 winners at Utah.

    In the other game on Thursday, Washington beat the Cleveland Cavaliers 108-72.
