Michel Gomez dismissed

The President of the Angolan Federation of Basketball Gustavo Conceicao has dismissed the coach of the national team, French Michel Gomez for lack of results.
 
Michel Gomez will be replaced by Jaime Covilha who will be assisted by Artur Barros.
 
The French technician remains Council of the Federation of Basketball in Angola until the end of the Afrobasket 2011.
