Mineros had already won the opening three games with a 121-109 success on Tuesday, a 115-92 triumph on Wednesday and a 119-116 result in a tight encounter on Friday.
Adolfo Sanchez's side then ensured a place in the last four with a 101-95 victory in Nogales on Saturday to mark their 10th successive win in the tournament.
Frayles, who finished second in the standings at the end of the regular season, are also through to the semi-finals after seeing off Pioneros from Los Mochis.
Having edged their opponents 105-99 in Game One on Tuesday and 111-105 in Game Two, Frayles then celebrated another narrow 111-101 triumph on Friday with Larry Tylor top scoring on 36 points.
And another close-fought encounter finally saw Frayles take a 4-0 lead in the series with a 103-101 win on Saturday.
The quarter-final between Trigueros from Ciudad Obregon and Guaymas-based Marineros is evenly poised at 2-2 with both teams profiting on their home court.
