LUXEMBOURG (FLBB) - The Basketball Federation of Luxembourg (FLBB) has appointed an experienced new head coach for the female national teams in Luxembourg. Reiner Chromik, a 41 year old German, works from October 2008 in the basketball boarding school for girls in Mersch, Luxembourg and in the new top sport-elite school "Sports Etudes" in Luxembourg City.
Chromik, former head coach of Germany's U18 and U16 Women is responsible for all girls’ national squads and will lead them to international tournaments in 2009.
He is the successor of Hermann Paar, who has now taken on the role of new executive director of the FLBB.
