Team Characteristics
Stay within their team personality which allows for consistency. Balanced team with good role definition and a well organized attach, offensively and defensively. Keep the game manageable by rebounding, taking care of the ball and getting easy baskets. Posts are focal point on offense and defend the basket on defense. Sharing the ball yields quality possessions and good shots. 
 

Offensive Tendencies
Half court offensive team but will run on opportunity breaks. Good shot each possession is the goal. Mixture of hand offs, on ball screen, hard cutting, and post feeds are present in their offense. High/Low and Inside/Out action is common action. Lots of on ball screens up top with immediate pass to rolling post or throw back to wing for shot.

Transition
Skillful passing makes their transition game a factor. Score in two ways; quick break with perimeter players or high/low passes to post. Posts run the floor to beat defenders to the paint. If no direct pass available, ball reversal and good passing will lead to post feeds.  


Set Plays

1. Left wing cut high for enty, cross screen, screen the screener acion.

2. Post entry, fake hand off followed by hand off and drive.

3. Wing entry, back screen reversal and shot.

4. Little/big screen to high low pass.

Out of Bounds
From sideline they will get ball in and set double/staggered screens for passer. On the baseline may do the same and also like to quickly on ball screen and play two man game. 

Defense Tendencies
Aggressive defense creates many transition baskets. Posts play with excellent positioning and challenge/block shots often. Will double the post and rotate quickly to penetration in the lane. Play good position defense and limit fouls because of it.
