KUW - Al Qadisiya claim title in Kuwait

KUWAIT CITY (Fahad Al Ahmed Shield Championship) - Al Qadisiya have clinched their fifth league title with a 75-64 victory over arch-rivals Al Arabi in the final of the competition on Friday.

Al Qadisiya dominated the game, thanks mainly to an impressive performance from Abdullah Al Sarraf. He scored 25 points, including five decisive three-pointers.

Abdulmohsen Abdulla led Al Arabi with 18 points.

Al Qadisiya were ahead 23-18 by the end of the first quarter but really began to pull away in the second, returning to the locker rooms with a 38-29 advantage.

In the third-place decider, Al Kuwait were granted a 20-0 victory following the withdrawal of their opponents Kazma from the game.
