PRISTINA (Kosovo) – The journey to the FIBA 3x3 Europe Cup Crelan 2026 officially gets underway in Pristina, Kosovo on June 13-14, where teams will battle for the first available tickets to Antwerp, Belgium.
With just one qualification spot available per gender, every game will carry significant weight as emerging European nations look to secure their place at the continent's premier FIBA 3x3 event.
Host nation Kosovo headlines the men's competition alongside Ireland, Azerbaijan, Malta, Cyprus, Albania and San Marino. With several evenly matched teams in the field, the race for the lone qualifying berth promises to be highly competitive.
Kosovo will look to capitalize on home support, while Ireland enter with ambitions of returning to the FIBA 3x3 Europe Cup stage. Azerbaijan and Cyprus also arrive with growing experience in international 3x3 basketball competition and will be among the contenders seeking a breakthrough performance.
The women's competition features Kosovo, Azerbaijan, Cyprus, Ireland and Malta. With only one ticket available, consistency across the two-day event will be essential.
Kosovo's women will hope to use familiar surroundings to their advantage, but Ireland and Azerbaijan have shown encouraging development in recent seasons and can challenge strongly for qualification.
The men's tournament will feature two pools in a round-robin format. The top two teams from each pool will advance to the Semi-Finals. The Semi-Finals winners will face off in the Final, with the winner earning qualification to Antwerp.
