MEDAN (2015 FIBA Asia U16 Women's Championship) – Hong Kong coach Kin Ho Koon heaved a huge sigh of relief after her team beat India 66-44 in the Level I Qualifying Game on Saturday.

The win, which helped Hong Kong finish the competition with an unbeaten record, earned the East Asian team a promotion to the Level I competition in the 2017 edition of this event.

"Personally I am surprised (at the score-line)," the 34-year-old said.

"It looks much easier than it was. We had to do a lot of running," she said.

Hong Kong came in with the focus of qualifying for Level I and the coach termed the result "mission accomplished."

"Promotion to Level I was our target and my players delivered what was expected of them without losing a single game," she said.
