The calendar opens with term one games — basketball, hockey, rugby sevens, swimming, cross country, decathlon and heptathlon from April 9-15 in Eldoret.

Kakamega town will host term two ‘A’ games that would involve athletics, rugby 15s, handball and netball from June 3-9.

Ngugi said term two ‘B’ games including football, volleyball, badminton, table tennis and lawn tennis would be staged in Nyeri from August 6-12.

Also on the schools calendar is the Kenya Schools and Colleges Athletics Triangular Championships set for July 9-12 at Moi International Sports Centre Kasarani.
