    Australia set a new all-time assists record in the competition, with their center starring after claiming 13 points, 11 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 blocks.

    Emilia Ainley had a bitter-sweet night as New Zealand were eased out 85-76 by Canada. But the center had a standout display at both ends of the court, registering 13 points, 8 rebounds and 4 blocks.

    Frederike Askamp chose a good time to have her best game of the competition as she inspired Germany's first win since landing in Brno. They ran out with a 61-42 triumph off the back of an eye-catching 12 points, 15 rebounds and 4 blocks.
