Cantu, the team that finished second to four-time defending champions Montepaschi Siena during the regular season, claimed a 75-69 victory on Sunday.
Maarten Leunen and Mike Green each had 19 points and Marko Scekic 15 for Andrea Trinchieri's side.
They will face the winner of the series between Armani Jeans Milano and Dinamo Sassari.
After falling in Game 1, Milano have reeled off back-to-back wins.
In Game 3 on Sunday, the hosts had a 43-37 lead but were outscored 29-20 in the third quarter and succumbed to a 19-point setback.
Ukrainian Oleksiy Pecherov had 20 points and David Hawkins 18 for Milano.
Game 4 is on Tuesday at the PalaSerradimigni.
