Virtus were upset at home in the opening game of their best-of-five first-round series but they landed early blows on Sunday to level the series with a 94-69 victory.
With the game knotted at 13-13, Christian Drejer started a 10-0 run with a basket and finished it off with a three-pointer.
Virtus were in command the rest of the way.
Fabio di Bella scored 14 points to pace Virtus, while Drejer and Guilherme Giovannoni weighed in with 11 apiece.
Lottomatica Roma lead their series 2-0 after a 68-64 win at Napoli.
A three-pointer from captain Alessandro Tonolli gave Roma a 61-59 advantage with just over two minutes remaining.
Ansu Sesay was off target from the arc at the other end for Napoli and Roma rebounded, with Mire Chatman adding to the lead by making another three-pointer.
Dejan Bodiroga paced the winners with 22 points.
