Piero Bucchi's Milano ended up burying 10 of 22 shots from behind the arc on the night.
Milano only led 41-37 early in the third quarter when a Mason Rocca basket sparked a 10-4 run.
With the home side on top 51-44, Mancinelli then ignited a 12-0 spurt that left Milano with a 61-44 stranglehold on proceedings.
Italy international Marco Mordente also had a fine game, making all 10 of his free-throws as part of his 18-point effort.
