    TEHRAN (Super League) - Zob Ahan, denied by Mahram in last year’s Super League Finals, are off to a flying start this season.

    They won for the fourth time in as many games by beating Petrochimi 83-79 on Thursday.

    In a battle of unbeatens, Petrochimi fell to 4-1.

    The team that beat Zob Ahan in last year’s finals, Mahram, are also 4-0.

    In other fifth-round games, Azad University kept newly-promoted Pouya out of the win column by beating them 85-72 and Caspian defeated winless Melli Haffari of Ahvaz 69-57.

    Towzin Electric of Kashan were beaten 65-49 by Tarabari Qom and BA Shiraz edged Shahrekord, 83-81.
