Rah-o-Tarabari claimed an 80-70 victory over Shahrdari Gorga.
Waitari Marsh hit a pair of three-balls and finished with 21 points for the winning side, which is second in the standings at 11-4.
Shahrdari Gorgan are third-bottom of the league with a 4-10 mark.
Iranian giants Mahram stormed into a 19-0 lead at H.B. Shahrekurd and recorded an 86-65 victory.
Playing without the captain of the Iran national side at last year's FIBA World Championship, Mehdi Kamrani, Mahram still rolled to a big win.
