    TOKUSHIMA (FIBA Asia Championship) - Hong Kong overcame a couple of initial hiccups to down Kuwait 72-66, and take the 13th place on Saturday. But Fong Shing Yi led the Hong Kong charge scoring 12 points and collecting as many rebounds.
