ABIDJAN (Cote d'Ivoire) - After the qualifying tournaments were held across the continent, the twelve teams that will compete in the 2026 FIBA U18 AfroBasket were determined.
The FIBA Regional Office of Africa has validated the registration of the participating nations that will compete in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire, from August 5-16 for the right to be crowned champions of Africa.
The winners and runners-up of this biennial tournament will qualify for the 2027 FIBA U19 Basketball World Cup in Pardubice, Czechia.
