Australia international Mark Worthington came up big for the winners scoring 16 points and grabbing nine rebounds as almost 6,000 spectators looked on.
The other last-four clash is tight following an 84-83 triumph for Deutsche Bank Skyliners over Eisbären Bremerhaven.
Aubrey Reese had 18 points for the winners, who took the lead for good midway through the fourth quarter at 68-67 on a basket by Quantez Robertson.
