    HAMBURG (2010 FIBA U17 World Championship). German U17 Head Coach Frank Menz gathers his team in Rotenburg from February 26th, 2010 to February 28th, 2010 for the first training camp after the official draw of the 2010 FIBA U17 World Championship for Men. Germany starts off against Canada on July 2nd, 2010 and take on Spain, Poland, Australia, and Korea in the preliminary round. Fans of the German Team can purchase tickets on the Website of the 2010 FIBA U17 WCFM.

    Germany's U17 Men will be holding several training camps prior to the World Championship in July and also participate at the prestigious Albert Schweitzer Tournament April in Mannheim in April.

    Frank Menz nominated the following 16 players:

    Paul Albrecht (TuS Jena), Besnik Bekteshi (BSG Ludwigsburg), Fabian Bleck (Phoenix Hagen), Anselm Hartmann (TuS Jena), Stephan Haukohl (TuS Jena), David Herwig (ALBA Berlin), Jakob Krumbeck (TuS Jena), Jonathan Malu (SOBA Rhöndorf), Mauricio Marin (IBBA Berlin), Malik Müller (SG Urspringschule), Josip Peric (ALBA Berlin), Leon Tolksdorf (ALBA Berlin), Bogdan Radosavljevic (without club), Tim Unterluggauer (TSV Bayer Leverkusen), Nikolaj Vukovic (TuS Jena), and Julius Wolf (picture, SG Urspringschule).

    Tobias Schönhammer (TSV Breitengüßbach) and Lukas Higgen (TSG Westerstede / Junior Baskets Oldenburg) are on call.
    Dennis Sasse (TuS Neukölln) is currently injured.
