HENGQIN (China) – The first FIBA 3x3 Challenger of the 2026 Pro Circuit will be held in Hengqin from April 11-12. As a key event in the global FIBA 3x3 ranking system, the season's first FIBA 3x3 Challenger stop opens in Hengqin, gathering 16 top teams from Europe, Asia, Africa and other regions for two days of intense competition.
Amsterdam, Liman, Toulouse, Skyliners and Hangzhou are among those teams, each ranking in the top 10 of the FIBA 3x3 Men's Team Rankings 2025.
This is also the first time that three teams (Hengqin, Mac Peninsula and HK Central) from the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area will participate in the same FIBA 3x3 Challenger stop. All teams will vie for ranking points, with the top three teams securing spots at FIBA 3x3 World Tour Chengdu 2026. Off the court, a variety of interactive activities and performances will be available, such as traditional lion dance, professional dunk contest, DJ shows, street dance and freestyle BMX, offering an immersive viewing experience.
