ISTANBUL (Türkiye) - The pairings and schedule for the FIBA U17 Basketball World Cup 2026 Semi-Finals are now confirmed following the successful conclusion of the Quarter-Finals in Istanbul, Türkiye.
Semi-Finals
The Semi-Finals will all take place on Saturday July 4 with games at the Basketball Development Center.
USA v AUS - 17:00 CET
USA and Australia both are still perfect in this competition and the Oceania powers hope to finally beat the Americans in a big game. USA are 4-0 all-time against the Crocs, including winning in the 2010 Quarter-Finals and their last two matches - the 2012 Final and 2014 title game. Australia collected their only two medals in 2012 and 2014.
TUR v SRB - 20:00 CET
The second Semi-Final will be an all-European showdown between hosts Türkiye and Serbia. The Turks will be hungry to give the Basketball Development Center crowd a reason to celebrate by securing their third podium finish following second in 2016 and third place in 2024. The Serbians have reached the top four for just the second time after taking third place in 2014.
