Final rosters confirmed ahead of FIBA U16 Women’s AmeriCup tip-off

IRAPUATO (Mexico) - The rosters of the eight participating teams are confirmed ahead of the start of the FIBA U16 Women's AmeriCup in Mexico. Click on the countries below to see the rosters: Group A: Argentina, Puerto Rico, United States, Venezuela. Group B: Canada, Colombia, Mexico, Panama. Each team will play one game against each of its group rivals to determine the seeding for the Quarter-Finals. The matchups in the Quarter-Finals will be as follows: 1st A vs. 4th B, 2nd A vs. 3rd B, 2nd B vs. 3rd A, and 1st B vs. 4th A. The four winners of the Quarter-Finals will advance to the Semi-Finals, while the remaining teams will compete for positions 5–8. The winners of the Semi-Finals will play for the gold medal, while the losers will compete for the bronze. The tournament will award four spots to the FIBA U17 Women’s Basketball World Cup 2026.
