FIBA is the only International Sports Federation which has been present at all previous Sportaccord exhibition areas with a booth.

In the 2007 edition, FIBA mainly informed about its upcoming Olympic Basketball Tournaments in 2008 in Beijing, but also about its other business activities such as the FIBA Study Center, a homologation and consulting branch of FIBA, which was created to help the construction of basketball facilities.
