    2011 World Championships

    Team Characteristics
Use their athletic ability, aggressiveness, and quickness to their advantage. Extend pressure in the half court forcing scramble situations. Turnovers turn into quick transition and baskets. Play to their strengths using penetration as their main tool and working the glass.

    Offensive Tendencies
Quick team on offense in transition and half court. Prefer one on one penetration to set plays or running down the shot clock. Decent outside shooters but rely on making plays off the bounce.

    Transition
Three perimeter players bring ball up the floor by dribble or pass. When ball is on wing, posts run the floor to post up positions. Will shoot quick shot if open.

    Set Plays
    1.    High on ball screen two man game, penetration and dish.
    2.    Double high post cutters, single screen for high post, ball reversal, left wing isolation.
    3.   Cut over post player from left to right block, one on one isolation.

    Out of Bounds
Once ball is inbounds it goes to point guard who calls set play or motion.

    Defense Tendencies
Expend a lot of energy on the defensive applying good ball pressure and wing denial. Will trap anywhere on the floor. Will extend in the half court which makes them vulnerable to penetration.
