Senegal who parades a crack team made mainly of foreign-based players with Nigeria former tactician, Sam Vincent as their coach out-score Mali 85-70 points in its opening group game Friday before defeating the Ivoiries today to set up a last group game against 9th All Africa Games silver medallist, Egypt on Sunday.
Host Angola will take on Cape Verde today in a top of the bill group-A game while Morocco and Rwanda will do battle in Benguela, group-B other match will be between Mali and Egypt in Lubango while Nigeria was said to have recorded its second win over Romain Sato's Central Africa Republicin group-C but the details of the scores was not available as at the time of filling in this report, Liberia and DR Congo completing the group game on match day-2.
