    - Saskatoon had a disappointing outing at the FIBA 3x3 All Stars last year (2 games, 2 losses, last in the standings). Just two months before though, they shined at the 2014 FIBA 3x3 World Tour Final, reaching second place.
    - The team lost to Novi Sad Al Wahda (UAE) at the 2013 and 2014 FIBA 3x3 World Tour Final.
    - Brudehl, Lieffers and Linklater played together at the University of Saskatchewan, that won the college title in Canada in 2009-2010.
