Summary of the case:
A players' agency filed a claim against the Cypriot club AEL Limassol BC for agent fees in connection with the employment contract of the player Bruno Sundov.
The club denied the above claim submitting that there is no contract between the claimant and the respondent and that, in any event, the obligation to pay any agent fees was waived together with many other financial obligations as a result of the termination agreement signed by the respondent and the player.
The Arbitrator decided to uphold the claim in its entirety.
