    Summary of the case:

The player Vlado Ilievski (FYROM) filed a claim against the Slovenian club KK Union Olimpija Ljubljana for outstanding salaries, bonuses and late payment penalties. The player requested full payment of his salaries for the 2009/2010 season plus bonuses, submitting that the club had failed to make any payments. In its answer, the club argued that it had in fact made partial payments to the player. The Arbitrator decided to uphold the claim in its entirety.
