What are the Qualifiers pairings and who might shine?
DSK Basketball Brandys (CZE) vs TARR KSC Szekszard (HUN)
A new team on the EuroCup Women scene, DSK will have to create an upset if they want to see off Szekszard who have played EuroLeague Women a few seasons ago and will be challenging high in the Hungarian league. Watch out for Hungarian guard Reka Dombai, Portuguese talent Carolina Rodrigues and veteran Evelyn Ovner.
PAS Giannina (GRE) vs Lointek Gernika Bizkaia (ESP)
Gernika will be expected to sail through with plenty of players who can produce impressive numbers collectively and individually. This includes Spanish ace Angela Salvadores, Germany rising star Emily Bessoir, Paris Olympian Masa Jankovic, Joy Adams and rookie duo Cameron Williams and Taylor Jones.
As for Giannina, they will be hoping that the returning do-it-all Tishara Morehouse can light it up again and maybe post a career night to inspire them.
BBC Troistorrents-Chablais (SUI) vs SBS Ostrava (CZE)
The power and extended shooting range of Switzerland national team baller Nadia Constantin will be at the heart of BBC Troistorrents-Chablais and their campaign this season. Meanwhile, SBS Ostrava of Czechia are looking to make a splash and will be helped Marina Ewodo who was at Tarbes last season and is a standout for Cameroon.
Panathlitikos Sykeon (GRE) vs BDS Dinamo Sassari (ITA)
Ambitious Panathlitikos Sykeon have signed NCAA star Alexis Morris, along with Ke'Shunan James, Belgian national team center Serena-Lynn Geldof and a solid backbone of Greek ballers. They'll be underdogs, but might just make life uncomfortable for Sassari.
The Italians will look to their fabulously productive playmaker Debora Carangelo to orchestrate success, along with Dutch center Kourtney Treffers. If they make it through, they'll be boosted by the arriving Didi Richards.
UZKK Student (SRB) vs Universitatea Cluj (ROM)
The Serbians will look to Nadezda Nedeljkov to bring her experience and production from Crvena Zvezda in the tournament last year, while Terae Briggs could also be pivotal with her scoring ability. Universitatea Cluj will be looking to eradicate last year's painful Qualifiers experience when dumped out on aggregate by just 2 points.
