PECS (EuroLeague Women) - Dynamo Moscow weren’t facing elimination, but they desperately needed a win to get back on track in the EuroLeague Women.

Ainars Zvirgzdins’ team traveled to Hungary to face MiZo Pecs and won 92-86 with Latvian national team star Anete Jekabsone-Zogota leading the way.
Jekabsone-Zogota had a game-high 28 points and teammate Seimone Augustus poured in 26 in the victory which snapped a three-game losing skid in Group D.
The result means Dynamo have swept MiZo Pecs and left both teams with 3-3 records.
Jekabsone-Zogota was nine of 15 (60%) from the floor, including five of nine (55.6%) from three-point range. She also had five assists and came up with three steals.
Hungary international Dalma Ivanyi finished with 25 points, five rebounds and three assists in defeat. She played all 40 minutes.
Fenerbahce edged Phard Napoli 77-73 behind Cappie Pondexter’s 29 points. Tammy Sutton-Brown weighed in with 16 along with six rebounds.
Fener are second in Group A with four wins and two defeats behind CSKA Moscow (6-0) and Phard are fifth at 1-5.
The other EuroLeague Women game saw Gambrinus Brno overcome Lotos PKO BP Gdynia, 93-78.
Czech international Eva Viteckova, who will attempt to lead her country into the Beijing Games at the World Olympic Qualifying Tournament next year, scored 22 points.
Gambrinus top Group C over Spartak Moscow Region with both sides boasting 5-1 records while the Gdynia club is fourth at 2-4.
