Matee Ajavon poured in 22 points and Tammy Sutton-Brown had 19 as the Turkish giants clinched a 70-61 triumph at Lattes Montpellier.
The success was vital for Fener, who climbed into second place and will next week try to win for the seventh time in Group D when they host Italian strugglers Beretta Famila.
Spartak Moscow Region are top of the pile.
The two-time defending champions brushed aside Maxima Broker Kosice 100-50 in Vidnoje for their eighth win in nine games.
Beretta Famila tore up the form book and destroyed TEO Vilnius 88-69 in Schio, Italy.
TEO Vilnius, the only side to beat Spartak Moscow Region, are now 5-4.
In Group B, Gambrinus Sika Brno are relieved after putting away a determined TTT Riga in the Czech Republic to clinch a place in the play-offs.
