Unicaja improved to 7-2 to remain tied for top spot in Group B while Cibona's record stands at 3-6 after their first home loss in the Euroleague this season.
Jiri Welsch, Marcus Haislip and Berni Rodriguez paced the winners with 15 points apiece while Carlos Cabezas added 11 and Boniface Ndong grabbed 14 rebounds and had five blocks.
Sam Hoskin and Chris Warren each had 14 points in a losing cause for Cibona.
Lietuvos Rytas secured a narrow 82-87 win over Maccabi Elite to maintain the pace with Unicaja at the top of Group B.
Hollis Price sank a three-pointer with 6.7 seconds remaining to seal the win.
Maccabi drop to 6-3 to be tied with Efes Pilsen for third place.
Chuck Eidson led L. Rytas with a season-high 28 points, while Price contributed 19 points and five assists.
Marcus Fizer led Maccabi with 15 points.
Elsewhere in Group B, Aris TT Bank hammered winless Le Mans 93-74 in Thessaloniki to boost their own chances of reaching the last 16.
Aris improved to 5-4 to go fifth in the group while Le Mans' miserable campaign continued as they slumped to an unwanted 0-9 record.
Bracey Wright top-scored for the winners with 27 points while Reyshawn Terry grabbed 21 points and pulled down 14 rebounds.
