MOSCOW (Euroleague) - CSKA Moscow and Regal Barcelona booked spots in the Euroleague Quarter-Finals with Top 16 victories on Wednesday.

Defending champions CSKA claimed a 77-60 home triumph over Fenerbahce Ulker to improve to 4-1 in Group H with Slovenia international duo Matjaz Smodis and Erazem Lorbek combining for 32 points.

Lorbek had 18 points on seven of eight shooting from the floor, including two of three from long range.

Smodis was only four of 12 from the field but hit two of his five attempts from behind the arc and also sank all four of his attempts from the charity strip.

    Fener fell to 1-4.

Barcelona won their latest showdown with Real Madrid 90-79 at the Palau Blaugrana with former CSKA Moscow star David Andersen connecting on three of his six shots from three-point land and scoring a game-high 22 points.

Andersen played for Australia at the Beijing Olympics.

Spain's Juan Carlo Navarro weighed in with 16 points for Barcelona, who will travel to Maccabi Tel Aviv next week looking to win and secure first place in the group.

Marko Tomas of Croatia has had a disappointing season since returning to Madrid from his loan spell with Fuenlabrada but he had 18 points in 13 and a half minutes against Barca.

Tau Ceramica have for all intents and purposes clinched a last-eight spot as well after improving to 4-1 in Group E with a 92-72 triumph at Asseco Prokom.

Bosnia and Herzegovina's Mirza Teletovic, the MVP of Tau's Copa del Rey win two weekends ago, paced his team with 22 points against Polish outfit Prokom.

Olympiacos (3-1) and Armani Jeans Milan (2-2) are also chasing top two spots in Group E.

Unicaja Malaga destroyed Lottomatica 99-64 in a Group G meeting of sides that were already eliminated from contention for a place in the Quarter-Finals.

Montepaschi Siena's Lithuania international Ksistof Lavrinovic has broken his hand and will be out of action for at least a month.

Lavrinovic suffered the injury over the weekend in Siena's first Lega A defeat of the campaign, a 67-63 loss to Fortitudo Bologna.

Montepaschi host Cibona Zagreb on Thursday night.
