    Basket Landes capped the opening night with a dramatic 70-69 victory to deny VBW CEKK Cegled at the death.

    Cierra Bravard came up clutch with an and-1 in the final seconds to seal a comeback win, Miranda Ayim instrumental with 25 points.

    The home side trailed by 7 points at 59-66 with less than 2 minutes remaining, but produced a late rally, culminating in Bravard’s game-winning three-point play.

    Also in Group G action, Spar CityLift Girona posted an 57-81 triumph away at Lointek Gernika Bizkala.

    Group A

    Olympiacos made a strong start to their campaign as they eased to a 69-50 win over Gorzow. A 19-8 first quarter set the tone with Yvonne Anderson top-scoring with 18 points in the win.

    Vicky Macaulay added 16 points and 9 boards, with Olga Chatzinikolaou producing an efficient double-double of 10 points and 11 rebounds along with 5 assists.

    Group B

    Enisey stated their intentions with a convincing 64-87 victory away at MBK Ruzomberok. The visitors trailed after a high-scoring opening period, but soon took control with Jacinta Monroe leading the charge, before finishing with 21 points and 12 rebounds.

    Meanwhile, Mersin came out on top in a testing start as they defeated last season's Quarter-Finalists Good Angels Kosice, 76-70. Bria Hartley netted 24 points, including 7-of-9 inside the arc with a dominant third period helping the hosts break clear.

    Group C

    Umea Udominate claimed an opening 86-57 win at home to Sparta&K M.R Vidnoje with Tiffany Brown and Ana-Marija Begic combining for 40 points for the Swedish side.

    Group F

    Carolo Basket held off a late rally from DVTK as they recorded a 58-68 success on the road with three players in double figures. 

    Group H

    Jessica Kuster top-scored with an 18-point haul to help Virtus Eirene claim a 56-74 win on the road over KSC Szekszard in Hungary. Astou Ndour weighed in with 16 points, while Dearica Hamby posted a double-double of 14 points and 10 boards.

    Group I

    Reyer Venezia started in style with an emphatic 77-37 win over Elfic Fribourg, while KP Brno suffered a heavy 51-73 loss at home to TSV 1880.

    Group J

    Saint-Amand made a great start, having sealed their place through the Qualifiers as they used a strong third quarter as a platform for a 77-70 success against CMB Cargo Uni Gyor.

    Meanwhile, Namur opened with a convincing 59-83 win away at Nantes Reze, with Sofie Hendrickx posting 19 points and 13 rebounds.
