MANCHESTER (FIBA EuroBasket Women 2017 Qualifiers) - Every player scored for Great Britain as they christened the new National Basketball Performance Centre in Manchester in style with a 122-36 victory over Albania in the FIBA EuroBasket Women 2017 Qualifiers.

Turning Point: The British team flew out of the gates, Azania Stewart scoring the first points in competitive action at the new arena as Great Britain raced to a 12-0 lead. The deficit reached 26 by the end of the opening period, leaving Albania with no chance of mounting a comeback.

Stats Don't Lie: Great Britain dominated every category, with a massive 69-29 edge on the glass as well as a 32-2 advantage on the fast break.

Game Heroes: Johannah Leedham was spectacular with 22 points, eight boards, six assists and five steals. Ella Clark made her presence felt inside, racking up a strong double-double with 15 points, 17 rebounds and three blocks. Rachael Vanderwal added 15 points, nine boards and six assists, with six British players reaching double figures overall.

The Bottom Line: The British team will need to be ready for a different intensity on Wednesday, when they take on Montenegro in a vital game. With Montenegro reeling after suffering a heartbreaking defeat in Italy earlier on Saturday, a British victory on Wednesday would draw them level with their opponents. Albania host Italy on Wednesday.
