    But who was your MVP from the first gameday? We have picked out five of the standout candidates who made their mark for their national teams.

    Dzanan Musa was unstoppable for Bosnia and Herzegovina in a 99-66 win over Cyprus. The 24-year-old converted 9-of-15 shots in a 26-point showing to go with 8 assists, 5 rebounds and 1 steal for an efficiency of 32.

    Meanwhile, Myles Hesson carried Great Britain to a 98-94 win over Netherlands with an efficiency of 31. The team leader scored 23 points on 7-of-8 shots and was perfect from the line to go with 4 rebounds, 4 steals and 1 block to ensure his side did not surrender an early 21-point advantage.

    Klemen Prepelic played a major role in Slovenia knocking off Ukraine 87-73 on the opening day with 30 points on 6-of-12 shooting as well as making 14-of-15 free throws. He also dished out 9 assists and added 3 rebounds for an efficiency of 29.

    There was an unforgettable debut for Germany's Oscar Da Silva after posting 19 points in an 85-61 victory over Montenegro. Da Silva also chipped in 7 rebounds, 5 steals, 4 assists and 1 block for an efficiency of 29.

    Ethan Happ was another debutant with an impressive performance in his first game for North Macedonia with 18 points and 10 rebounds in a 74-69 loss to Estonia. Happ also collected 4 steals and 4 blocks for an overall efficiency of 30.
