Poland then have the chance to avenge an opening three-point loss at home to Croatia when they travel to Zagreb on Sunday, though their opponents will have their sights set on moving out of sight at the top of the group. Austria and Switzerland also meet again with the visitors out to complete a double having won by 10 on home soil.
Croatia could be the first team to qualify as a group winner if they won both games and Switzerland lost against both Poland and Austria.
