ZAGREB (EuroBasket 2015) - On Sunday, the EuroBasket 2015 Trophy Tour will be in Zagreb, the host city of Group C action.
In culmination with the Nikolai Semashko trophy touching down in the Croatian capital, there will be a relay using the official game ball between Kresimir Cosic Square to Drazen Petrovic Square - the sight of the Drazen Petrovic Museum.
Beginning at 11am, 15 Croatian Olympians, all of whom have won Olympic medals, NBA player Damjan Rudez, and a host of medal-winning youth basketball players, will be involved in the relay which, at its conclusion, will be followed by a press conference.
Sunday 7 June marks 22 years since Petrovic, the Croatian legend and namesake of the museum, had his life tragically cut short in a car accident.
When Yugoslavia won the EuroBasket title in 1989 - the only other time Zagreb has hosted Europe's premier basketball event - Petrovic was the tournament MVP.
The Final of the 1989 event will be screened in the Museum following the press conference.
The trophy will be on display in the museum on Monday and Tuesday with fans getting the opportunity to have their photo taken with it.
Of course, Frenkie will also be on hand for photo opportunities.
