    BANGKOK (FIBA U19 World Championship for Women) - Spanish forward Marta Xargay Casademont emerged as the Most Valuable Player as the All Star line-up was drawn on the final day of the eighth FIBA U19 World Championship for Women on Sunday.

    The All Star Five and the Most Valuable Player were selected in a poll conducted among the coaches of the 16 participating teams here.

    Cristina Ouvina also of Spain emerged as the most favoured Playmaker among the coaches, as Spain became the only country with two players in the All Star.

    Aussie Elizabeth Cambage was the overwhelming choice for the centre's position.

    Power forward Nnemkadi Ogwumike of the US and guard Marina Solopova of Lithuania completed the All Star line-up.
