BARCELONA (Liga Endesa/Olympics) - Victor Sada is in the perfect situation at Barcelona.

The 1.92m guard plays for a European powerhouse and alongside many a great player.

None are bigger in terms of achievements than Juan Carlos Navarro.

Sada says that by rubbing shoulders on a daily basis with the MVP of last year's EuroBasket, he has become a much better player.

"To play with Juan Carlos Navarro has given me a lot of experience, a lot of tranquility, to know how to play when the game is on the line," Sada says to FIBA.com.

"With Juan Carlos especially, I've experienced important moments and we have celebrated many titles.

"Besides that, he is a great team-mate, very calm."

Navarro was just one of many great players Sada competed with at EuroBasket 2011 in Lithuania.

There were also the Gasol brothers, Pau and Marc, along with Jose Calderon, Ricky Rubio, Serge Ibaka and Rudy Fernandez.

A player seems to raise the level of his own performance when surrounded with so many stars.

"In the national team, there are also great players and a good atmosphere," Sada said.

"I learned at lot last summer.

"We all try to help each other out and it's a very close group."

The 27-year-old Sada is hoping that he remains healthy and continues to play well for Barcelona this season.

He is trying to solidify his place in the Olympic squad.

"To play at the Olympics would mean a lot for me," he says.

    "It would a dream.

"You see it on TV and it is amazing.

"The Olympics covers lot of sports and I happen to like many sports so it would be fantastic.

"It would be great also because the national team is going through a fantastic spell, playing at a great level."
