    MADRID (ACB) - Real Madrid made 13 of 26 shots from three-point range on their way to a 98-81 triumph in the capital city derby against Estudiantes at the weekend.

    Luis Bullock drilled four three-balls, Spain international Alex Mumbru three, Spanish national team hopeful Sergio Llull three and Croatian star Marko Tomas two.

    Estu led 43-42 at half-time but were run out of the Palacio Vistalegre in the second half with 12,800 fans looking on.

    Spain's Felipe Reyes had 17 points and six boards in the victory for Real (7-4).

    Pancho Jasen scored 18 points in defeat for Estu (3-19), who were four of 15 from long range.

    Real out-rebounded Estudiantes 28-19.

    At the top of the standings, Tau Ceramica tasted victory for the 10th time in 11 games with an 86-74 triumph in Vitoria over Fuenlabrada.

    Tiago Splitter of Brazil had another fine game with 21 points and seven rebounds for Tau with Argentina's Olympic bronze-medal winning point guard Pablo Prigioni scoring 16 and dishing out seven assists.

    After second-top Unicaja Malaga (9-2) are Real Barcelona (8-3). Barca prevailed 74-68 at bottom side Cajasol (1-10).

    Kalise Gran Canaria are also 8-3 after falling at DKV Joventut (7-4), 80-65.
