Victor Sada had five points but dished out 12 assists while former CSKA Moscow big man David Andersen wreaked havoc on Madrid by scoring 22.
Australia international Andersen, Spain's Juan Carlos Navarro and Czech Lubos Barton were each two of three from three-point range for Barcelona, who improved to 10-3 while dropping Real to 8-5.
Barca remained two games behind league leaders Tau Ceramica (12-1). Dusko Ivanovic's men rolled to a 94-84 triumph at CAI Zaragoza (4-9).
Unicaja Malaga are level with Barcelona at 10-3 after falling 81-75 at ninth-place Ricoh Manresa (7-7).
