MADRID (ACB) – Alta Gestion Fuenlabrada’s Brad Oleson wowed spectators with his scoring explosions in the ACB this year.

This week, the Alaska native’s excellent campaign was confirmed after he was named as the league’s Revelation of the Year.

Serbian Igor Rakocevic of TAU Ceramica has led the ACB in scoring at 19.87 points per game with Oleson second at 17.94.

He is shooting 45.45% (76 of 169) from three-point range.

"This is a great reward and honour,” Alaska native Oleson said.

“I came from the LEB and it's such a good league that it helped me to play as I am and become the second highest scorer in the ACB League.

"This award is a great reward for the work I have done. But the most important thing is to keep helping the team."

Oleson will be hoping to lead Fuenlabrada into the ACB play-offs.

They go into their last game at home to DKV Joventut on Saturday with 15 wins and 16 defeats – level with eighth-place iurbentia Bilbao who travel to Barcelona for their final regular-season game.

Fuenlabrada will advance to the post-season if they win their last game and Bilbao fall to Barca.

They will also finish eighth if there is a three-way tie at 16-16 between themselves, Bilbao and seventh-place Pamesa Valencia.

Bosnia and Herzegovina forward Mirza Teletovic of TAU Ceramica was the ACB’s Revelation of the Year for the 2007-08 campaign.
