Marcus Brown led Unicaja with 22 points while Florent Pietrus and Jorge Garbajosa Chaparro both had six rebounds.
Juan Carlos Navarro had 25 points for Barcelona while Gregor Fucka was dominant on the boards with 10 rebounds.
Tau Ceramica and DKV Joventut remain close behind the leaders after also registering wins.
Luis Scola and Predrag Drobnjak had 20 points each in Tau's 88-73 win over Caja San Fernando, while Lubos Barton had 18 points to lead DKV to an 81-69 win over Lagun Aro Bilbao Basket.
Leche Rio are safe from relegation after edging out Llanera Menorca 83-81 in a tense game, but several other clubs are still sweating over their future.
CB Granada lost 87-79 Etosa Alicante but they, like San Fernando, remain well-placed to avoid the drop.
