MADRID (ACB) - Spain internationals Victor Claver of Power Electronics Valencia and Real Madrid’s Felipe Reyes shared Player of the Week honors in the ACB after leading their sides to wins.

The fortunes of Claver and Power Electronics Valencia have changed dramatically since last month’s arrival of new coach Svetislav Pesic and they mauled Fuenlabrada 86-60 at La Fonteta.

Claver made all four of his shots from behind the arc on his way to a game-high 18 points and also handed out six assists and hauled in four rebounds.

Valencia endured a nightmare start to the season but have improved to 4-6 and climbed to 11th in the standings.

They will now travel to Russia to face CSKA Moscow in a vital Euroleague game, looking to improve to 4-4.

Real Madrid clinched an 88-72 home triumph over Unicaja Malaga - the side that beat them in the Euroleague last week.

Reyes had 18 points and nine rebounds.

The shock of the weekend came in Madrid where Estudiantes won 63-62 over Regal Barcelona.

Slovenia international Jaka Lakovic was sensational for Barca.

    He had 18 points, including a game-tying three-ball with 5.2 seconds remaining.

His compatriot, Erazem Lorbek was then whistled for a blocking foul after stepping in front of Nik Caner-Medley with just 2.3 seconds remaining.

The Estu star made the first free-throw and intentionally missed the second.

Barcelona rebounded but missed with a desperation heave the length of the court.

Caner-Medley has been outstanding this season. He had 12 points and nine boards for Estu.

Barca played again without injured guard Juan Carlos Navarro, who hasn't appeared in an ACB game since a November 14 home triumph over Fuenlabrada.

Cajasol Sevilla beat up on the out-of-form Caja Laboral, 91-71.

Still licking their wounds from an upset home defeat in the Euroleague to Asseco Prokom, Caja Laboral had no answers for the balance of Joan Plaza's team.

Mindaugas Katelynas had 17 points with four others reaching double digits.

Tomas Satoransky also had nine points and Juan José Triguero eight.

Caja Laboral at still at the top of the standings along with Real Madrid at 8-2 while Barcelona and DKV Joventut - the team coached by former Spain boss Pepu Hernandez - are each 7-3.

DKV won 75-73 over Lagun Aro to spoil Pablo Laso's 100th game coaching in the ACB.

Blancos De Rueda prevailed 79-63 over Meridiano Alicante, Gran Canaria 2014 edged hosts Bizkaia Bilbao Basket 75-72, Menorca won at home over CAI Zaragoza 75-65 and Assignia Manresa romped to an 80-64 triumph over visiting Granada.

Alicante are in last place at 1-9 and Granada second bottom at 2-8.

Manresa's win lifted them to 3-7. They are third from bottom.
