SAO PAULO (FIBA World Championship for Women) - Czech Republic forward Katerina Krizova feels Brazil's fervent home support will make the country a more dangerous proposition in Wednesday's quarter-final tie in the FIBA World Championship for Women.
The Czechs' 63-50 defeat at the hands of the United States on Monday means they will face the hosts in the last eight.
"Brazil are a great team and will play with the massive support of their fans, who make the team even more dangerous," Krizova said.
"But the game starts at nil-nil and on the court, there are five against five.
"We will do our best to win, although we know that it will be very difficult."
Czech Republic assistant coach Lubor Blazek agreed with Krisova, adding: "All the teams who make it to this stage are strong and cannot chose the rivals they face.
"It will be a difficult game, especially because of their fans, but I think we have a better chance of beating them we had when we played the United States."
