Michael Fay put up brave resistance for the hosts notching up 25 points and 10 rebounds in the defeat, but a 23-point contribution from Terrence Greene wrapped up victory for Guangdong.
They share the lead with Liaoning after their narrow 103-99 victory over Shandong.

Yunnan remain rooted to the bottom of the table after their 88-84 defeat at the hands of Fujian.
Shanxi Zhongyu are also still searching for their first win of the season after losing 107-92 to Xinjiang, as are Zhejiang Guangsha following their 80-68 defeat to Bayi.
Beijing beat Shanxi 100-76 in the day's only other game.
