Guangdong were in total command by half-time when they led 52-34 and they cruised the rest of the way.
Lorenzo Coleman finished with 22 points and had eight boards in defeat.
Jiangsu are just a half-game behind in third after edging Zhejiang Guangsha 101-99.
Zhejiang had a late fightback, outscoring Jiangsu 26-18 in the final quarter, but it wasn’t enough.
Meng Da had 24 points in a winning cause while Nigerian international Gabe Muoneke scored a game-high 35 points and grabbed 17 rebounds in defeat.
Zhejiang Wanma were 90-78 winners over Jilin, who got 34 points from Darius Rice.
Shanxi Hansi got 41 points, 23 boards and five assists from Brandon Crump as they thumped Yunnan, 121-100.
Beijing needed overtime before seeing off Dongguan 116-115, Jian Jiao recording 46 points for the victors.
Anthony Myles was the top scorer for Dongguan.
In the other two games, Fujian saw off Shanxi Zhongyu 112-95 and Shanghai defeated Shandong 104-94.
Mack Tuck poured in 35 points and hauled down 20 rebounds for Shandong.
