The Liga Centroamericana de Clubes will be played November 14-18 at the Polideportivo Alexis Arguello and will feature the participation of:
Correcaminos de Colon (Panama)
Santa Tecla BC (El Salvador)
Xela BC (Guatemala)
Banco Atlantida (Honduras)
Real Esteli (Nicaragua)
The winner of the Liga Centroamericana de Clubes 2018 will earn a spot at the DIRECT Liga de las Americas 2019.
